WHY CANADA PNP?

The Canada Provincial Nominee Program is a well-known means of immigrating to Canada. The Provincial Nominee Program allows provinces and territories to nominate individuals for permanent residence in Canada. While the PNP program is distinct from Express Entry, it does provide applicants holding certain PNPs with 600 additional CRS points upon entering the Canada Express Entry pool. Several PNP programs have also sent interest letters to applicants with CRS scores below 400. With our specialized visa and immigration support, QuickVisaSolutions can help you capitalize on this enormous opportunity to migrate to Canada.

Canada PNP Program

Provincial Nominee Program is the full form of PNP, which permits immigration to a specific Canadian province or territory. To immigrate to a specific Canadian province or territory, you must submit your application there. Ensure that you possess the skills, work experience, and educational requirements for the job openings in that province or territory before applying.

The province or territory will then determine if you meet their labour market requirements. If your profile is deemed suitable, they will let you know how long it will take to process your application. Once the province or territory approves your application, you must apply for permanent residence within the timeframe they establish. The province/territory will also inform you whether you must apply through the Express Entry system or the standard application process.

If you have not yet joined the Express Entry pool, you must complete an Express Entry profile in order to be accepted into the pool. If not, you can begin the process through the Government of Canada’s website. Through a non-Express Entry PNP stream: Applicants for a PR Visa who have been nominated through a non-Express Entry PNP stream must follow the standard application procedure.

Characteristics of the Provincial nominee program

Canada provides nearly 80 distinct PNPs, each with its own eligibility requirements. The PNP program allows provinces to meet their individual immigration needs by assisting them in filling in-demand jobs and addressing labour shortages.

The majority of PNPs require that applicants have a connection to the province. They should have either worked or studied in the province earlier. Or they must have a job offer from a provincial employer for a work visa.

A provincial nomination can help you obtain your PR visa in two ways. It can add 600 CRS points to your Express Entry application and qualify you to apply directly to IRCC for your PR visa.

Details of the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP)

The Canada Provincial Nominee Program was established to attract international talent to provinces in Canada with a talent shortage. Through the PNP program, thousands of successful applicants have relocated and settled permanently in Canada. The following are some of the most desirable Canadian provinces for this program:

If you are a skilled professional with experience in technology, finance, education, marketing, or healthcare, now is the ideal time to investigate your PNP options. If you want to live in a province, contribute to its economy, and become a permanent resident of Canada, as well, you may apply for permanent residency under the PNP.

Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) Options

Candidates may submit an application for the PNP in the following ways:

1.  Paper-based method
2. Through a paper-based Excess Entry process.

The first step is to submit a nomination application to the province or territory under the non-Express Entry stream. If you meet the eligibility requirements and qualify based on the In-Demand Occupation Lists of certain provinces, you will receive a nomination from the province if your occupation is on the list. Then, you can apply for a Canada PR visa.

You must now submit an application on paper for your PR visa. Typically, the processing time is longer than with the Express Entry system.

Express Entry Program:

There are two applications:

You can apply for a nomination by contacting the province or territory and submitting an Express Entry nomination application.

If the province or territory agrees to nominate you, you can create an Canada Express Entry profile or, if you already have one, you can update it.

The alternative is to create an Express Entry profile and indicate your desired provinces or territories. If the province sends a “notification of interest,” you can then contact them and submit an Express Entry application.

You must meet the eligibility requirements for your application to be approved.
